Who Omella is best for
Omella works well for very simple, one-off collection needs: a field trip fee, a single permission form, or a simple survey. If you need to collect money or a form response from a group of families without setting up any ongoing system, Omella's simplicity is an asset.
Who MicroCampus is best for
MicroCampus is the right choice when you're actually running a school or tutoring practice — not just collecting a one-time form. You need ongoing attendance tracking, recurring tuition billing, a place to store student records, a way to message families, and enrollment management. Omella can't do any of that. MicroCampus does all of it.
